Centre Cloud

"I wandered lonely as a cloud (Wordsworth)

With its centre on the crown, (Poe)

Since then I love him even more, (Amichai)

With a soft sigh betwixt each lazy word! (Hafez)"

"Cento poem"

PoetiKonstellation Thoughts:

This is a cento poem. It is a poem consisting of 4 different lines, 4 different poems and 4 different poets. This short poem is the result of mixing the following poems: “I wandered lonely as a cloud” by William Wordsworth, “Fairy-Land” by Edgar Allan Poe, “A letter of recommendation” by Yehuda Amichai and “Ode 44” by Hafez. The last 2 poems are translated by Chana Bloch and Richard Le Gallienne. What poems would you choose? Peace and Love! Laugh, dream, love!
